Calm in the Storm

As follow-up to yesterday's post, the LA Times shared a good read on what we look for from leaders in difficult times. It offers a good quick read and some great thinking about what it takes to stay calm in a time of challenge.

Business leaders are faced with new and unforeseen challenges and hurdles each day. How they address the needs of their customers and employees requires them to walk a fine a line and to balance sometimes conflicting needs. Those who were at the tip of the spear, are now benefitting from their acquired knowledge and can lead more effectively.
